Complete Cement Plants:
PROMAC can execute complete cement plants for capacities upto 1.5 million tones per annum on a turn-key basis right from crushing to packing. A wide choice is available with Ball Mills, Vertical Mills etc. PROMAC can also upgrade existing Cement Plants for better productivity and energy saving. PROMAC has successfully supplied and commissioned various projects in India and several plants abroad in Latin America, Middle East, Africa.
PROMAC has an exclusive tie up for India with M/s. Taiheiyo Engineering Corporation (TEC) Japan, for Rotary Cement Plant projects up to 1.5 million TPA capacity on a turnkey basis, including their new Preheaters, Calciners & Vertical Roller Mills for grinding raw materials and coal.
Rotary Kiln Cement Plants
With Taiheiyo Engineering Corporation's (TEC) technical collaboration, Promac supplies their world renowned, Pre-calciners: DDF (Dual Combustion & Denitration Furnace) / RSP (Reinforced Suspension Pre-heater), low pressure pre-heater cyclone systems and ‘ASANO’ Vertical Roller Mill.
TEC gives Promac complete back up for Green field Rotary Cement Projects and up gradation of existing cement plants upto a capacity of 1.5 million tones per annum.
With the RSP/DDF precalciner systems in conjunction with TEC's "Asano " brand Vertical Roller Mills (VRM) for grinding raw materials and coal, a total power consumption of 95 - 100 Units/ton of cement and fuel consumption in the range of 750-800 K-Cal/Kg of Clinker can be achieved.
Bulk Material Handling
Promac can execute turnkey Bulk Material Handling solutions for coal, mineral ores, cement, fertilizers, etc. Promac also manufactures equipment for specialized applications including crushing, grinding and screening.
Promac has successfully supplied and commissioned turn-key material handling Solutions for the Power Sector giants such as National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd. (KPCL) & Bharat Heavy Electricals BHEL) Ltd.
Mineral Beneficiation Plants
Promac has designed and executed on a turnkey basis, a Copper Concentration/Gold Beneficiation Unit for the Hutti Gold Mines Co Ltd.
Sinter Plants
Promac has executed on a turnkey basis for SAIL-RDCIS, a High Pressure Manganese Ore Sinter Plant, which is the first of its kind in India.
