Promac is the only equipment manufacturer to have set up a test vertical roller mill for the checking the grindability of various minerals.

Promac has excellent manufacturing facilities in terms of fabrication, machining, assembly and quality control.

The shop area cover 300,000 Sq ft.  spread over four bays and has a captive  DG set for  emergency power needs. The bays are serviced with overhead cranes ranging in capacity from 25 Tonnes to 75 Tonnes. Also available is a huge open area for large structural fabrication.

The fabrication facilities Include:

Robotised  Plasma Cutting Machine for metal cutting upto 50 mm thickness. Rolling machines, all kinds of welding sets, submerged are welding machines etc.
The machining facilities include Vertical Turret Lathes upto 10.5 merge dia., Gear Hobbing Machine machine   upto 8.5 meter Dia, Lathe upto 5.5 meter Dia. besides all conventional machine tools.

The quality control facilities include radiographic and ultrasonic testing. Spectrometer for material testing besides all other conventional measuring tools and physical testing equipment.
